i guess santa was busy, forecast hasn't changed much:

Saturday 12/26 60% Cloudy with occasional rain showers. High near 45F. Winds E at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 60%.

at 8 am: 41° 15 mph = windchill 33°

rain probably not until after lunch. hmm, flossmoor may be calling.
