2012 Women Cycling Clinic

Get ready for the season, join us for an all day Women Cycling Clinic to fine tune your racing skills or just review the basics to feel confident on your bike with your family, in a group, or in a race.

Led by Francine Haas and her team, this clinic is for all level of women cyclists: recreational, fitness, or racing.  Everyone will be assigned to a a group to cover at the right level:

• Skills and drills to improve your bike handling confidence
• Group riding and pacelines  Gears,  Shifting and Breaking
• Bike maintenance essentials (things to know before you head out the door)
• Special Guest Speakers: Dr. Jon Sebby, ART Provider & Paul Matthews, Certified Rolfer from Chicago Chiropractic & Sports Medicine present:  “How to Stay Injury Free On & Off the Bike”

This is an all day clinic for $75 including lunch and a goodie bag!
