NYPD answers a motorist's fatal attack on cyclist, Matthew Von Ohlen by cracking down on cyclists.

Follow up story about NYPD. Matthew wasn't breaking any laws, he was simply riding in the bike lane when he was repeatedly attacked by the same motorist that killed him.
