Who to contact regarding placing non skid plates on metal bridge?

Who do I contact in order to have non skid metal plates on the bridge at 24th and Loomis St. ( the intersection of the South Branch of the Chicago River and Loomis St.)? This bridge is dangerous for cyclists when it's wet.

Thanks

Thanks for the update Anne!

I would note that the concrete infill does not always result in a great surface. See the 18th Street bridge for an example of a pretty rough fill. It is better than nothing, but it does not always turn out quite as well as the Harrison example, which is pretty nice.

Agreed. It's not necessarily a perfect solution. Harrison is one of the better ones. I do appreciate the fact that it's a long-lasting non-skid surface.

Fingers crossed, hoping they get it right on Loomis.
