I ride to work on a largely empty stomach, but I don't think about weight management - I'd simply rather eat breakfast after I get to work than before.

I stopped eating breakfast over 20 years ago.

What's breakfast?

I am not hungry first thing in the morning and would rather my blood go to my legs and not my digestive system, so I eat at work.

I read the article.  The tone is so uber-serious!  Sounds like a bunch of 125-pound guys trying to get down to 115.
