Eat to ride, ride to eat

Eat to ride, ride to eat

Calling all foodies, gastronomes, and gluttons alike! I'm proposing a monthly get-together that rides to a destination that offers delectable comestibles. Destination decided by the group. Initial ideas are Pizza Art, Hero's, Smoque. Endless options!

The 21st would be cool. Where are we meeting and where is the ride going?

Oh, my bad--Sunday is the 21st. So, June 21? (Is that Father's Day? If so, does that rule out the ride?)

Chinatown for dim sum gets my vote but a movable feast type of thing would be cool.

how bout a polish town stop...tho dont count on the veggie option. Think of the "he doesnt eat meat" scene in everything is ulluminated.

Hot Doug's was great - but I'd rather mix it up a little - we talked about a 4 stop international tour of the city - off peak light dining in 4 restaurants in 4 neighborhoods, with a few miles of riding between.... what do people think? example: Dim sum in Chinatown, Little Italy for a pasta/beef dish, then maybe Greektown rooftop for Mezedes, and wind up at Korean bbq on Western? Good meat and veggie options and space for a decent size group at each point...

How about a trip to Chinatown for Dim Sum on a Sunday morning? June 20th?
