Cool Lisa, have you down for a Medium #SquadChicago shirt. Thanks for the help, see you soon...

Oboi, shirt size depends on how many layers I am wearing!  Since we won't be riding in the real cold yet, I am guessing a medium will work.  Looking forward to helping.

Hey Lisa - Thank you kindly and welcome to #SquadChicago! What size shirt do you wear? Adding you to the list for Squad. It will be great to have your help before our rides selling t-shirts and other merchandise (all we have right now is the t-shirts). And, during the ride, having your help as sweep will be great. Thanks again, be well and talk to you soon...

I think the only thing I might be qualified for is sweeper, and I can help sell stuff at the beginning of rides if that is what you mean by "merchandise".

Peace Slow Rollers,

Yesterday's ride was incredibly beautiful!

We imagined. We believed. We achieved. Together...

We celebrated history. We created community.

We toured the Roseland, Rosemoor, Roseland Heights, and Historic Pullman neighborhoods. We explored a vibrant complex history of the Historic Pullman community. We discovered the dynamic history of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters (BSCP) as told at the only Black labor history museum in the nation, the A. Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum, located right in the Historic Pullman community. We experienced the legacy of the BSCP and its significant impact on organized labor in America and its major influence on the modern day Civil Rights Movement. We explored the origin of America's Labor Day celebration at the Pullman State Historic Site. We honored the loss of young life through senseless violence with Kids Off The Block.

We experienced the wonderfully textured layers of Chicago's Southside that incorporates a melting pot of history, culture, people, communities, organizations, architecture, and beauty.

We delivered on our promise to utilize the activity of bicycling to connect a diverse group of people and improve the condition of communities by organizing community bicycle rides and other bicycling-related programs throughout the greater Chicago area.

We moved closer to achieving equity in the distribution of bicycle access, bicycle usage, bicycle infrastructure, bicycle safety, bicycle culture, and other bicycle-related resources throughout Chicago with a particular focus on communities on the Southside and Westside, making our communities healthier, more empowered, more economically viable, more socially cohesive, more bikeable, and ultimately more liveable.

Slow Roll Chicago is a diverse social bicycling movement. We are building our movement together.

Thank you all, salute and congrats on the work!
