The bulk of my ride was between storms. Then decided to ride to CVS to get a juice, this angered the gods. Rain gear, don't care.

Wife today working in blue island so she drove me most of the way, but kicked me out to ride under the bridge at western and Ogden. The entire car ride I said I've got the gear for this covered. I can ride in this. She said don't be silly. As I'm getting out and unloading bike, another bike rider zips up north/east bound and I said see! He's doing it. Zip up my rain jacket and the zipper after two years of rain use falls off. And the deluge kicks up again. : /. Let's hope the afternoon/pm ride is nicer.

Got light sprinkles most of the way, then the down pour hit the second I got off me bike. I only needed my rain jacket to walk down the block to my place of employment. I thought the grey sky and light rain were lovely. Makes me want to have a cup of Earl Grey. Long live the Queen.
