Note to self: Find cute little colored caps!
And IDK why they'd be tight - my bike's pretty new (got it in November brand new.)
Verrrrrrry strange.
Rule 60:
You are not, under any circumstances, to employ the use of the washer-nut and valve-stem cap that come with your inner-tubes or tubulars. They are only supplied to meet shipping regulations. They are useless when it comes to tubes and tires.

That said, I grew up with them, and still use them today.

Oooo thanks! It is a presta valve. Do I even really need those caps? Is it advisable to keep them? They seem silly since they don't do anything really?
finally a skirt riding day!
Changin' my answer: YES! I rented a Divvy over my lunch break and rode around to soak in some nice weather :) I'll be riding home as well. I REALLY need to just suck it up and buy a Divvy membership already. I wish there was a monthly rental option... I'd gladly pay $10-12 a month, but $75 is kinda tough to pony up all at once with my student loans.
oh yes, Shorts, T-Shirt, Vans.. suck it, Winter.
Winter is D E A D. I was sweating inside of one long T and jeans. From now on its shorts at... mmm... 50° and above. Saw some more cyclists... smooth ride, think had bit tailwind... for some reason I was like, skidding just for fun when id come to a stoplight. Must be my inner 8 yr. old self surfacing. Stupid head.
Imagine how much you would have sweated with a nice headwind. :-) There is a small craft warning until 10am today. There was a southerly headwind this morning going in, and it looks like it will clock on me and be a northerly headwind going home as well.

Let's see what the midday rain does to the wind. I'm hoping it won't switch.

I hope you're right, but the NWS seems to think it will change directions.
