Bike Mechanics, Vendors (biking related) & Volunteers needed for "Bike Bald" Bike Rodeo

I am in search for 5 to 6 cyclists that would like to volunteer as mechanics for an event that we are offering free bike basic checkups during our upcoming May 10th Bike Rodeo in Downtown. Also if you would like to simply volunteer, the would be great also.

We are also searching for Businesses/vendors that would like to set up their tent/area and perform simple bike check-ups (check tires, seat, brakes, handlebars) and then also sell merchandise or additional parts that may be needed. Sell Bikes, apparel - bike related, boutiques - bike items related or novelty items

NO FEES FOR VENDOR PERMITS - FREE!!

Got some more details, like maybe the times people would need to be there? How many people you are expecting? What you expect from the mechanics?

I have included the PDF that literally just got finished...The actual event is going between 11:00am - 3:00pm....For those that would be joining us from the begining we would ask that you plan to be there at 10:30. This is co-sponsored by the Naperville Park Dist. 50,000 + invites will go out to annouce the event. Bike Check-ups..."BASIC STUFF" - tire pressure, brakes, handlebars, seat....I am looking for Vendors that can set -up promote their shop, do basic check ups and then they can also sell merchandise or parts to the customer if they need to. NO VENDOR PERMIT FEES, it's FREE!!!

This is not a head shaving event
