The Chainlink

None of the shops around my house sell this size, CL was a bust, I cannot order online cause I do not have a CC, so I am now posting here too.. I am looking for one on the cheap, so nothing really fancy. Pretty used is fine, but they have to be ride able.. I NEED one, but want a set if possible.

That seems like a very obscure size. A quick search only showed 1 tire available. Is there some reason 26x1.5 or 26x1.75 wouldn't work? If I'm missing the point, please educate me.
x1.5 and x1.75 are both very close to what you have, essentially +/- 1/8" (7%). Either should work with your 26x1.5" wheel. I doubt you'd have clearance issues, unless you have very tight fitting fenders. And if that's the case then go with the 1.5, they're readily available.

x1.62 is a bit off-beat, but it looks like REI sells a couple of "city tires" (wide slicks) in that size. You might be able to have them shipped to your closest store and then pay cash there.
perhaps you can buy an Amazon gift card at Walgreens and buy these for 15 a pop.
