For seasoned cyclists this is not a problem, but for many others it will be a struggle to get up that incline. I foresee a lot of riders getting off their bicycles and walking their bikes up the flyover which creates safety issues for those who try to dodge the dismounting riders. Too bad that engineers do not ride bikes, or they would have recognized this problem.
