"Event seems kind of on the un official low-down. Routes will be posted a week prior to event. So making it hard to do pre-riding. Might be a 50,70,120 mile routes."

"A good headwind and some load is a good substitute for a hill if you can't find one of those."

"With a search you will notice that the Ten Thousand actually takes place in NW Illinois, starting out of Freeport. Pete, do you have a good link for this event? What I found online was rather lacking in details."
