This event is part bike ride, part rally. On Saturday morning, cyclists from all over Chicago will converge on Daley Plaza. They will leave Daley Plaza at 11 a.m. to caravan to Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood and meet up with rally goers near the Fisk Coal-Fired Power Plant.
