FREE yoga for all chainlinkers (and friends) at Uptown

May 11, 2011 from 7pm to 8:15pm
This will be a weekly class offered to all chainlinkers (and friends). Every Wednesday evening from 7-8:15pm we will be practicing Vinyasa. Please arrive before 7pm. A skilled leader will show us how to improve our core and overall strength as cyclists. All skill levels welcome!!! Feedback and suggested donation for our teacher are welcome.
