If you're wondering about the profile photo, that's me after I won the 1995 Tour de Donut in Staunton, Ill.! I was a co-founder of the event back in 1989. I was forced to take a bite of the donut for the photo, but after eating 15 of them on the road for a 75-minute time bonus, I threw the rest of it away.
