Almost all of my riding on a 2006 Specialized Roubaix Expert (great bike for me). Use a Garmin Edge 305 computer with heart-rate and cadence combined with an iBike power meter.

Past 6 years average 2914 miles a year.
2008 rode 3766 miles in 95 rides including 10 Centuries and 14 Metrics included 22.3 miles of vertical climb. Not fast enough to keep up with hammerheads, but most long rides at a respectable 16-18mph pace. Fastest ride was the 2007 RAIN ride, wind and pacegroups helped me ride 168.7 miles at 18.9mph (at the Century mark was over 20mph).

Was disappointed the rims cracked on the Shimano wheels which came with the Roubaix after only 9200 miles. Very happy with the Easton EC90 SL which I purchased to replace them.
