I'm entering the world of a business casual dress code. I don't expect to have facilities to change after my commute. What are your favorite brands, styles, shoes, etc. for business casual commute?

If you and Jon from JC Lind put together a small kickstarter project to purchase another replacement dutch cargo bike for your family, I'd certainly donate to it!  I'm sure plenty of other Chicago bike enthusiasts would as well!
