That's the Alderman. At one brief moment in time I think he thought he would have boulevard residents speak first then everyone else, but he used up so much time repeating over and over that he's open minded that the thought slipped away. I thought it was too his credit that he seemed to be paying attention through the whole painful event.  Anyways, don't expect him to understand anything about Little Village. He lives at the very southern tip of the ward and doesn't really think much about anything north of the Canal.

Wish you had had opportunity to voice those sentiments, but not sure it would have made much difference.
