"If you don't have Memorial Day planned out I'm putting together a trip from Chicago to Madison. Two nights, two and two-thirds days and a bus back to downtown Chicago from the Wisconsin campus. Leave Saturday morning and back Monday…"

Bicycle Camping 2015! 01 at Illinois State Beach Park

April 9, 2015 at 4pm to April 14, 2015 at 4pm
Let's gather our gear and go camping! Illinois State Beach Park is close enough to the city that almost anyone can come along. You can ride the Metra to Zion for $7.25(Plus $7.25 for the return), or a weekend pass for $7. After that the site is only about two miles. Theres a grocery store about a mile away. Kenosha is about 26m round trip. After work on Thursday, I'll take the Metra up and settle in. Feel free to camp there or another site. On the weekend a trip to Kenosha will happen.See More

"Yes, it's part motorcycle...but dang, they really did make some nice looking bikes 108 years ago. I'd ride this Harley after a few new parts. "

"I can't seem to find an x9000 that both looks great and has the "fully loaded" package. All of the custom builds seem a little too archaic. Maybe with the x9001 they'll improve and make it less bulky."
