Building has turned bicycle UNfriendly

I have lived in my building for 15 years and for 15 years my (and others) have kept their bicycles in the laundry room. Building management even used to refer to it as the Laundry/Bicycle room and the room had a bicycle rack.  First, management announced that they were remodeling the room and that they needed all bicycles removed to do it.
