I&M Canal Path Tire Selection

I'm doing the I&M path from Channahon to Utica and back one day next week.  Just looking for some feedback on tire choices from those that have ridden it already.  I have 28c Gatorskins on my cross bike for road riding now but could throw on some 32c knobbies.  I also have some 2.35 Big Apples ready to go on my monstercrosser/tourer. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.See More

As far as Elroy-Sparta, my friend went there via Madison in 2009.  Easy to take the bus to UW Madison and then head up the road from that point.  Consult the state maps for more details.

Hey Dave,

We have over 5,000 of the total 80,000 sq ft dedicated to MTB, commuter, and cross. There will be a great selection from Trek, Salsa and Felt. There are literally thousands of bike to choose from. Anything regarding to specific inventory you have in mind?

Hey Dave........Yes, that was me.

I have a couple of bikes in the 55-56 range.......not really commuters though. A Centurion Ironman and a Club Fuji. No rack eyelets or room for fenders. I do have some MTB frames that might work for you, 4130 grade.

Hi Dave, thanks for your interest.  I have it stored downstairs & will try to take a picture within a couple of days.  Original price was $407.00 & I am trying to decide on a price ~$100.  not sure, open to offers.
