Hey chris- I'm down for this depending on the date. Are you in Boston these days or what?
I'm interested. I'm craving a good century and the ride to Milwaukee is great. I actually let some dudes from this band couch surf my apartment last year. So, depending on the circumstances, I too might be able to hook up more sleeping space.

Just so you's knows, I'm currently planning a bike trip to Milwaukee on Friday, 18 September, to join in on one of a Brew City Bike Tour. The current plan is for two tracks:
- ride up on Thursday evening, camping overnight at Illinois Beach…

I was the one with the broken chain, and so I want to say it was no big thing: I've had more broken chains on my machine than flats, and this is probably more a reflection on my riding style than anything else, such as any alleged karma of the ride.…

Thanks. I know about North Branch trail being a decent chunk of it according to some and then Green Bay Trail? But I've come across differing things about the getting up in to Milwaukee part of it.

- I don't know of any *specific* cross trails... I tend to head out on the trails that all the mountain bikes use, and then break my bike. My companions are often times on Sessions and Fuels, so obviously I get the shaft on that one.
Sweetwoods was a lot of fun... I'll ask around to see if there are any milder trails. I like the challenge of trails not suited for me, but you might not. haha
