Thanks to all who patiently waited for us to find a winter venue. We finally found a wonderful spot! Drum roll please…the new winter home for Free Community Yoga is…the Stone Soup Cooperative Ashland House at 4637 N Ashland Avenue. Our generous hosts, the co-op residents, have offered us the use of a beautiful de-sanctified chapel for the cold-weather season from October 19th until May 1st. You can see pictures of the chapel on the Ashland…See More
i did roll out there. it was a nice ride, tho the return was led a bit astray by a woman who "was certain thats the way" tho most disagreed yet followed...me included. The spinach pierogis were the best!!
Hey Carolyn: I'm interested in the ride to P-fest. My friend and I were thinking of going onto IN dunes for an overnight camp, but it would be nice to ride with some other folks since we've never crossed the border. let me know what happens. Thanks, Dao
We don't have to do a 100 mile ride. We could just go riding and have food/drinks somewhere. Also, you need to keep me posted on when/where you're performing. My social calender looks like it will be opening up considerably in the coming months!
"Do, or do not. There is no 'try." Hope you make it this month. I may not make it- that remains to be seen. The other night was not so much of a spill, as much as me getting nailed and flying 15 feet. The landing was good though- on my back, and the helmet did it's job. Miraculously, the 6 pack of tall boys, and the glass pint of scotch in my bag did not rupture- even with my u-lock in there to keep them company. Nothing broken, but I am hurtin for certain. If not Sat. I hope to catch up with you soon.
