"Just went through this for my wife's bike -- an '80's Miyata with the small front wheel.  Ordered from Upgrade Cycle on Chicago, just west of Milwaukee.  Just took a day to get it.  Got a nice Panasonic Panaracer 24 x 1…"

"It is not a 650; she says right in her post that it is a 24" tire which, on a Terry front could be a 520 or 547 ISO but if it is labeled 24x 1 1/4 is *should* be a 547.  To my knowledge Terry never made a mixed wheel size bike with a 650…"

"I mean, yes, I understand that. I could have my LBS order it from QBP or ideally Olympic as they're closer, but the goal would be someone who would have it in stock right now. Vanessa, I'll be calling you shortly!  "

"That is a lot of bad luck to have for one tire! Jeeze. Are you talking about a 650c tire?  I am assuming this is a road bike.  Some of the Terry's are made with a 650c wheel in the front and a 700 in the back.  Would could get…"

Chainlink!I have a really lovely 1980's Terry (still trying to figure out the exact model) that I got from Working Bikes last year. Anyway, the winter blew me out bad, and so I tried to replace my tire BEFORE I thought it would blew out. Due to UPS shenanigans, I didn't get it until last night.... when I realized the wrong size had been sent to me. Before I have to go through the rigamarole of shipping it BACK to Terry, I wondered if anyone had a lead on a 24 and 1 1/4 Tire? (I've mostly seen…See More
