- single speed conversion
- swapped out the stem for a Nitto Technomic
- Eastern BMX Pedals, just cuz they're pretty and nice n' grippy
- Brooks B17 S pre-aged saddle
- Velo Orange Belleville bars w/ Tektro RX 4.1 Reverse Brake Levers
