Hello,

My name is Laura and I work for a market research facility in the River North area. We’re conducting paid interviews with people who are avid bicyclists (ride their bike to work/school). Interviews are being scheduled for Monday, March 12 and Tuesday, March 13. For a 1-hour interview, participants would receive $75. Can you please let me know if we could post a flyer anywhere on your website or if we could send an email / use your Facebook site to promote this event?

Thanks!

Laura

Work Trade For UV Metal Arts & Powder Coating!

I would like to trade two bicycle powder coating jobs for graphic design work. I'm looking to develop a simple ad campaign using existing logos and images for magazines and web sites.  Please submit links or images of your past work in your response.

Thank you,

UV

Ari Aberman is looking for a part-time administrative assistant / appointment setter. Bike friendly job! Some filing of paperwork, strong organizational skills a plus. Must be comfortable on the phone, work well independently and well versed with Excel & Outlook. Approximately 15-25 hrs/week. Some shifts will be needed on weekday nights, Saturday mornings & Sunday evenings. Location would be Northbrook. If you know anyone who is interested, please contact him at abermanari at gmail or on his chainlink page.

Just stumbled upon this classified section of Bicycle Retailer.  Bike Jobs (not necessarily in Chicago though).

I am seeking a position in environmental advocacy.  I would like to use my skills as a writer, editor and organizer to make this world (city) a better place.  I am especially interested in active transportation (bikes, walking and CTA), green energy initiatives, and urban food production. I have five years experience working professionally as a writer and editor. If anyone hears of any opportunities.  Please message me.  Thanks so much!

I'm leaving my job in May to go off on an adventure and my work is hiring for it. It would be great to get another cyclist to replace me.  If you want to apply, you can apply for positions here  after doing the online application, contact me and I can let them know to flag your resume.  My position is the Administrative Assistant position, but there are several other positions available.
