This group researches, rides, and discovers components that have nothing to do with Shimano components. We love to ride American made components and we dabble in today's Euro made components like TA, Stronglight, Rohloff, Mavic, Campagnolo, etc...

Comment by James BlackHeron on May 22, 2011 at 4:18pm I just picked up a Sturmey-Archer X-FDD dyno/brake front hub.
NOT SHIMANO! -lol
This is going to be laced up to a 559 Rhyno Lite rim to complement an SRAM S7 rear hub I have which is also not Shimano and together will be the wheelset for the IGH winter all-weather bike of doom. I am building all this on my Ross Mt. Hood MTB frameset to be my alter-ego when I'm not riding my ancient Raleigh sports that doesn't much like foul weather on its dainty patina.
