Common Q & A.

Q) Is there an Orientation? 

A) The entire crew gets together the day of the ride to go over details and to meet each other. We have a bite to eat, then ride down to the start spot as a crew.

Q) Dress Code for Security? 

A) Be Comfortable and Dress for the weather. I would also suggest something you are comfortable standing in front of drunks in or comfortable talking to Police in.

Q) Should I/Do I have to wear a helmet? 

A) I recommend it but I won't make you

Q) Should I wear a reflective vest? 

A) YES! If you can buy one please do. Buy the Yellow one. If you own an orange one I'm not throwing you off the ride. If you can't buy one we have a limited supply that we give out.

Q) Sober?

A) Yes, until after the ride.

Q) Do I need a Twitter account?

A) Yes, it would make my life so much easier if during the ride I only need to send 1 message rather than 35 ;-)

Q) Has the ride ever encountered violent harassment?

A) Have we encountered threats, yes. I have a few good stories that I'll share in person, but the rules for the ride are 1) you are never alone and 2) do only as much as you are comfortable i.e. vocalizing, calling me, etc... We'll get into this more during the meeting.
