FS: Near basket-case Hercules frame, etc.

i have a rescued circa-1970 Herc. 21" 3sp frame, basic weathered black finish. Crank & HS in place, front John Bull type brake, rusty remnants of both mudguards. Frame seems straight & uncrashed. How does  $20 sound to you? i'm out in Palatine, but can arrange a meet or something tomorrow (Sunday) if you want it.
