My morning vegan smoothie
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 apple (optional)
8-10 baby carrots
1 cup spinach
1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
Blend together. After initial ingredients blended, add:
peanut butter to taste (~1 teaspoon - ~1 tablespoon)
1 cup of ice
Finish blending. Serves 2.
