The Park PCS-9 an PCS-10 both jumped up $30 in the last couple of months. 

That sucks.

This is a simpler PCS-1 (no idea which one specifically you were looking for) I would offer him $50 and hope they meet you at $60

CL sellers happened to be far from the city so far. They sell before I can find time to go meet them in the suburbs. Might as well wait to buy brand new if your price forecast is likely :)

I agree anything in the Northwest Suburbs will be hard to move sans auto.
