How bout this.. .If I see a cyclist on the ground with a stick through the tire, I'll assumw that justice has been done. Same for you? Or do it to someone else thats cool too.

It better be a SHARP stick as tires are pretty tough and your average stick would just bounce off the belted rubber. I think it would be easier to simply place a stick in the WHEEL...
