The CTA Damen 'L' block in Wicker Park is one of the top spots for bike theft in Chicago.

Make sure you lock up really good in this 'hood, or the pro's or scrappers will get you!

"One out of every ten bikes reported stolen in Chicago since 2010 were swiped in the Shakespeare Police District, which encompasses parts of Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, Humboldt Park and Ukrainian Village."

"Of the 15,259 bikes that have been reported stolen, 1,517 of those were in the Shakespeare District. Only eight of those bikes were recovered."
