In other obvious news, car commuting is unpredictable.

(Public transit "not reliable," motorist claims.)

Bus travel is not terribly reliable since it's affected by the same delays as cars. Rail transport is much more reliable and on-time.

P.S. Jon Hilkevitch is one of the more competent Tribune reporters who discuss bike and transportation issues.
