Suspect of Uptown Bike Thefts Arrested
Phillip Lemon, 25, was arrested on Oct. 10 in connection with the string of bicycle thefts on campus.
Since Sept. 21 of this year, five bicycles have been reported stolen on Loyola’s campus....

It is. This is down in NOLA. And, their Uptown is much cooler than ours, ha.
But, good to know that people are being busted, nonetheless.

My first clue should have been the Loyola/Uptown mismatch. From that point the Tulane connection should have registered as a full-tilt condition.
