Spoke cards

I'm looking to have some spoke cards made.  (About 500, I think).  Any recommendations as to who can do that for me?  Also, any suggestions regarding what materials should be used?  (Polystyrene looks nice but is expensive.  Basic laminate is cheaper I guess, but any other options?)
