What apps do people use on their smartphones to measure route distance? I had Google's My Tracks installed, but it's going away. I use MapMyRide to manually measure routes when I'm back at home, but was hoping there was something useful out there to track my mileage on new routes. I know about Strava. Does it allow you to easily see how far you've ridden without getting all wrapped up in its "social" aspects? MapMyRide has an Android app. I'm going to see how well that works. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

I use Cyclemeter. It seems to be as accurate as anything else (distance and speed) and doesn't seem to be a battery hog - I was able to run it and iTunes on my phone for the North Shore Century (full 100 mi) last year without completely killing the battery.

I like that I can e-mail ride data to myself as an Explorer link for review on my desktop and to share with others. I believe there is also a functionality that allows the app to e-mail periodic updates to friends/family, although I haven't taken advantage of it.
