I believe that one should always wear eye protection when riding. My biggest problem is fogging. Any suggestions on the best sun glasses for biking that minimizes fogging or is an anti fogging spray a better solution?

if you hold your breath, your glasses will never fog......

Lots of people swear by Cat Crap.

Move to the desert, very low humidity.

Shaving cream.  Smear it on the inside and outside with your fingers.  Wipe off with a soft and dry (don't use any water) tissue.  I would do this pretty much weekly when I used to ride through the winter.  Also works on bathroom mirrors.

Spit works...learned a few years ago when I was scuba diving in mexico.

I brought an anti-fog spray at Fleet Foot for my goggles and it worked well with my shades:

Holding my breath is the easy part. Exhaling seems to be the main problem. I've read bad reviews of Cat Crap, and what kind of goofy name is that anyway? That Fleet Foot anti-fog spray looks interesting, though. Fortunately, I've got plenty of saliva handy, so I'll keep that in mind, too.

Thanks to all of you!
