great 3rd (top) floor apt @ Leland and Beacon. $560 is a steal. In-unit (free!) laundry, 2 baths, Central AC/heat, dishwasher/micro/etc, 15 windows throughout this huge brownstone layout. Right off Clark street. 5 minutes to the lake by bike. CTA Red line, 5 CTA buses, and a Metra line are a quick walk.

so storage... the building has outdoor bike storage (2 racks), but I'm not sure about room for four bikes. I personally hike the bike up/down 3 flights daily... and if you dont mind the same, there's room in the apt.
