Yes! It was leaning on the wall without a saddle so I promptly picked it up. I dont know who does their pricing at that particular Goodwill but the following week I went back to see if there were any more quality cheap bikes and I saw a yellow ratty Schwinn Continental for $85...

I showed my wife who does a LOT of garage sales and thrifting exactly what a 531 Reynolds sticker looks like. If it is under $100 and looks like it isn't bent in half JUST BUY IT!
