Anyone have experience with replacement parts for the QL-2 system with Ortlieb? I was doored today on my way to work, luckily she hit me just as I was passing by and not right before. There was no body harm and none to my bicycle either, but one of my Ortlieb panniers was ripped off the rack of my bike. The QL-2 handle and locks are broken, but can be replaced by ordering online. The QL-2 rail (top one) was also snapped and I can't seem to find any replacement online via the Ortlieb store or other vendors. I sent an email to Ortlieb asking if it can be replaced but they are out of the office until January 2nd. The woman who doored me gave me her contact info and said she would foot the bill, I'd like to give her a quote on the damage as soon as possible. Anyone know whether I can obtain a QL-2 rail, if so where, and if so how much? My worry is that it is impossible to obtain this rail and thus I'll have to replace the whole bag.
Thanks,
Spence

Regarding the broken rail, I've attached a photo as to what I'm talking about.

Ortlieb may be able to tell you the best whether that can be fixed or whether you're looking at a whole new bag. The fact that it looks to be a screwed-on piece I can't see why you might not be able to get them to send you a replacement even if other retailers don't carry it.
