 I like the link to Toronto not for the helmet talk zzzzzzzzzz ......because I think it's always a total red herring.  Equally boring on the Chainlink. Let's stop talking about the hemets. Either people wear them or don't.

Re-posting/rewording of thoughts, links, ideas, and "+1's" make up the vast majority of posts here.  You'll get used to it.    

As boring as the helmet debate is for many, it seems like we're at a turning point where the "science" and benefits of helmet use is gaining more traction in the media.  You would think this would have happened sooner in our evolution since bikes have been around so long, though.

The helmet debate is a total red hearing in this case. Only 2 of the report's 10 recommendations mentioned helmets, but helmets have dominated the discussion. Any discussion of the report's other recommendations, or push to have them implemented, has been stopped by everyone getting bogged down in another useless helmet argument.
