Mobile App and The Chainlink
Hey all - what do you think of the current Iphone mobile app? Ning is in the process of updating the mobile site but it doesn't show events so I've temporarily disabled the whole thing.
I have a droid and have been using the desktop version and its been fine for me.

The /m version on the droid looks great for me. I haven't used the iPhone app since I got the Android but I hadn't realized there was a specific app -or is it an automatic web-app when you use the /m at the end of the address?

iphones has been routed to the mobile app with an option at the bottom for the desktop version. Droids have gone to the desktop app.

I'm not a fan of the old mobile app, so I generally switch to the desktop app on the iPhone. Is there a way to preview the new mobile app?

Not really right now. Once they added more features I can launch it.
I'm wondering now if iphone users prefer the old mobile version over the desktop version.

I just gave it a try on my android. Regardless of how I try to get to the site, via a bookmark with the /m on the end or putting it manually it over-rides to the desktop site.
I don't have a magnifying glass handy so the site is pretty unusable with the 'droid right now.

I prefer the desktop version. I am using an iPhone 4S.
The mobile app seemed too limited. It was preventing me from checking chainlink when I used the http://thechainlink.org/m url.
The regular desktop version works fine on my phone.

Compared to the old mobile version, I prefer the desktop version, even on mobile devices. (Iphone 4 Here).

The desktop version was much better on the iphone. You can't go to the last reply to discussions and the events viewer is wonky on the old mobile app.

You can go to the last reply on the mobile version by tapping on the "Last reply" text.
