Looking to swap: Souped-Up All City Nature Boy (SS CX) for 29er MTB.

I have an All City Nature Boy single-speed CX bike that I love, but I'm looking to swap it out for a 29er. Hoping there's someone out there who has an MTB they're looking to dump. I'll list the specs and condition of the Nature Boy and give a few suggestions for what I'm looking for in a trade:

—The Nature Boy is a 55cm, but the sizing for All City's first run of Nature Boys was strange, and as such, the 55cm is more appropriately a 53cm. I'm 5'9" and normally ride a 53cm or 52cm. Included on the bike is a SRAM Force crank, White Industries freewheel, hand-built wheels (Mavic Open Pro rims laced to All City hubs), SRAM carbon brake levers, Thomson seatpost and stem, Chris King Headset, TRP Euro-X cantilever brakes. The frame has a few cosmetic scratches, but is otherwise is great condition. And the Nature Boy utilizes pre-treated tubing to prevent rusting, so the bike is overall in excellent shape. I recently threw a new chain on there, too: a gold KMC 10-speed chain.

—I'm interested in a 29-inch MTB with a value comparable to the Nature Boy. I'm looking for a fully-rigid frame, if possible, and a 1x9 or 1x10 drivetrain. I might also be open to single-speed, if the bike was right. I'd also prefer mechanical disk brakes, rather than hydraulic. And, obviously, the bike should fit me.
