I want to  2 bidon cages added to my Ishwata Si 35 Fuji.

Bosses need to be brazed to my frame.

(2 under down tube, 2 under seat  tube).

Also might want bosses intsalled on fork legs for rack.

Anybody local that can do this?

Frame is stripped and ready.

I'd start at Blue City Cycles and Comrade Cycle, they both have framebuilders on staff. Other local framebuilders include Method Bicycle, Legacy Frameworks, and Humble Frameworks.

Any frame builder should be able to do this since most add the bosses after the main parts are assembled.  It will destroy the paint in that area.

Since they were closest, had a good price and talked intelligent over the phone I hired Blue City Cycles two years ago to install cantilever brake bosses.   There is more force (and importance) on brake bosses.  They did a wonderful job.  I told them the type of brakes I had on order when I scheduled the job.   The brakes arrived after the brazing.  Everything fit fine and still works perfect.
