<p>I live in the 47th ward and we were super lucky that the developers doing the Marianos store and Belgravia group, building the rental development, really listened to the concerns of the residents and Alderman Pawar. Every meeting they seemed to tweak their plans according to our concerns from the last community meeting.</p>
