ISO - Used Hybrid 44cm bike

My friend wants to buy a second bike to lug her daughter around.  She has a road bike but wants a hybrid (likely) with flat handlebars.  She a bit taller than me, about 5 feet and rides a 44cm now.

Anyone have an extra bike they'd like to sell to her that can handle flat handlebars and a babyseat in the front (she already has the seat)?
