ISO inexpensive wheels for a Trek Commuter

Would you all help point me in the direction of a place to buy some new wheels for my 2008 Trek 7.5 FX?  I believe the size is 700C.  I'd like to spend $100-200.  It'd be great if they were sturdy rather than stylish like the original ones.  I'd take used but in good condition.  Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
