Buena Park and Lakeview/Lincoln Park. Thanks for the kind words.

Wonderful Gnarly Tree pics from Gene Tanner today! Lincoln Park?
A very nice morning. Sunshine, no wind, and Cortland, Elston, Milwaukee, Kinzie, Dearborn were all clear. There was a car with California plates and a ticket on the windshield parked in the Dearborn lanes just north of the driveway to the Westin. :-)
Indeed. It was nice to see so many cyclists on a January morning. I'm going with typo and assume we are lucking out. :-)
For those of us commuting north at the end of the day we will have a nice push at our backs.

I suspect Duppie was right. No typo. I feel like a deer licking a salt block every time I take a swig of water from my bottle riding on these salty roads.
Lovely weather. Thank goodness we aren't in New England (knock, knock, knock on my desk).

Not to be confused with a SWIG of water (inside joke for Dave Beazley).
No way I ride like this all the time!

Ha! Well, having done both, I can confidently say that I'd much rather bike through 100 straight months of polar vortex than do anymore C++ programming. So, there's at least there's that.
